I want to provide clarity for those who are too lost in the fog to understand the abusive behaviour they face daily. Understanding toxic parenting is the first step toward breaking free from its hold and reclaiming your life. It's not an easy journey, but it's possible if you are determined to do so. Going no contact with your abuser, and revalidating your existence can put you on a path to happiness and progress.
Also understanding the patterns of abuse and cycle of manipulation, the smear campaigns to tarnish your image along with the flying monkeys will let you not give a damn. Lastly, remember that Narcissists don't tear down weak people, they like to tear down those who exude strength, courage and confidence. When you unwaveringly progress and are confident about yourself they turn fish out of water.
