La mort est un bouleversement, elle laisse toujours derrière elle plus d'une victime. Lorsqu'une personne quitte ce monde, ses proches doivent apprendre à vivre avec l'absence et à avancer malgré le deuil. Avec mon témoignage, je veux rendre hommage à ma mère, Ludmilla, et à sa lutte face au cancer. Mes mots sont pour elle, mais aussi pour toutes les personnes qui vivent le même combat et pour ceux qui les accompagnent au quotidien.
Je leur offre mon histoire en espérant qu'ils puissent y trouver le réconfort que je cherchais lorsque ma mère est tombée malade. Si mon livre peut leur apporter un peu d'amour et la force suffisante pour ouvrir leurs coeurs, il n'aura pas été écrit en vain.
