As Nangong Shang and his sister gradually uncovered the conspiracy behind their family's downfall, Xue Chu, the son of the Snow City Lord whose machinations were being exposed, led an attack on the small village. Nangong Shang, using the powerful Yihun Sword, managed to defeat the invading master swordsmen, but he was severely injured in the process. However, Yufei almost lost her life protecting her brother.
Enraged, Nangong Shang vowed to avenge this deep-seated hatred. The Yihun Sword seemed to respond to Nangong Shang's fury, as a mysterious power gradually emerged...
