Overview

El estudio de las aperturas está adquiriendo un papel cada vez mayor en la preparación del jugador. En Escuela de Ajedrez se formularon los fundamentos y principios básicos del juego en esa primera fase. También se le dedicaron dos capítulos en Escuela de AjedrezNivel Intermedio (1, El juego en la apertura, y 9, El repertorio de aperturas). Se han incluido en el presente cuaderno variantes y posiciones de apertura especialmente dinámicas, características del juego actual, sobre todo a alto nivel. Pero el lector no debe olvidar que, por razones obvias de formato, este cuaderno no puede ser un tratado teórico, es decir, que no puede incluir análisis completos de cada apertura o variante. El objetivo es puramente práctico: mantener en forma al jugador y hacerle reflexionar y analizar sobre diversas posiciones que responden al tema tratado.
