When it comes to search engine optimization (SEO),  keywords  are the first and last step in the marketing process, and if done right you can be inundated with people searching for exactly what you offer. There is nature. If you’re new to digital marketing keywords, it’s a good place to start.  There are different types of keywords that  can be used as part of your SEO strategy. All of these can help you attract more viewers and more customers to your business. Understanding what each one is, how they work, and how to use them is important if you want your SEO strategy to be effective.  Did you know there are 3 types of keywords? No, there are many  types of keywords that can be used for SEO. Now let’s talk about keyword types.

 Brand keyword

A branded keyword in digital marketing is a keyword that includes a brand name (or brand-related term). If someone searches for ‘best fruit-shaped lip gloss’ and your company is Lip Gloss Co., your brand keyword will be ‘Lip Gloss Co’. Keywords are important because they help people find your brand when they are searching specifically for you. Brand search also helps determine a brand’s value  and  popularity relative to other brands and products in its industry.

 Non-branded keywords

Non-branded keywords are  words or phrases that do not include your company or product name. In the previous example, the non-branded keyword would be “best fruit shaped lip gloss”. These are very useful because they help people discover new brands and products they didn’t know about before.

Seasonal keywords

These are the words that people  search for only during certain holidays or events (e.g. someone looking for a certain type of gift for Christmas). Seasonal keywords can be tricky because they are only useful for a short period of time.

Misspelled  Keyword

These words have misspellings that you type as you type. For example, “Lip Gluss” instead of “Lip Gloss”. As with other of his SEO strategies, you also need to  choose misspelled keywords for your content to rank well.

Related vertical keywords

These are terms that relate to, but are not directly related to, the product or service you are selling. For example, for a lawyer in Bangalore, you could use keywords like ‘Bangalore’ and ‘Lawyer’, but you could also  use keywords like ‘Court’ and ‘Case’.

 Exact match keyword

These are words or phrases that match exactly what the  user is searching for. For example, if your exact match keyword is ‘pizza delivery hyderabad’, it will only rank if a user searches for those three words. However, if you search for “delivery pizza hyderabad”, the ranking will not be displayed. Broad match keyword

These are similar to exact match keywords, but cover a wider range. Broad match keywords rank content when the word or synonym is present within the phrase. So if your broad match keyword is “sports gear,” your content will rank for searches like “football helmet” and “tennis racket.”

 Changed broad match keyword

A modified broad match keyword works like a broad match keyword, except that it can contain one or more terms. B. “Colorful wallets” or “men’s wallets”.

Short tail keywords

Short-tail keywords, as the name suggests, are  short phrases. Short-tail keywords usually consist of one or two words and have  high  search volume. However, in most cases, the traffic is untargeted, making it difficult to rank for short-tail keywords. Also, many companies are already established with these keywords.  For example, search for “SEO” on Google and see how many results you get  (hint:  over a billion). This is a prime example of  short tail keywords. You can rank for this term if you put a lot of time and effort  into your SEO campaign, but unless you’re an SEO expert with access to tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google has search, you won’t get results. I don’t think so. console.

Long tail keywords

Many long-tail keywords have high conversion rates, which makes them ideal for your website. We also find that long-tail keywords are much easier to rank for than short-tail keywords.  Long tail keywords are specific and easy to understand. They have a talkative nature and make people feel comfortable. Easy to rank, high conversion rate and high profitability. Use long tail keywords whenever possible.

Long term forever keyword

Long-term evergreen keywords are keyword phrases that remain relevant over time. An example of a long tail evergreen keyword is “how to make money from home”. Competition for these phrases can be high because these keywords are specifically tailored to your target audience, but the profits can also be high. Include these types of keywords on every page of your website. Using the previous example, you could create a blog post titled “3 ways to make money from home” and use “Make money from home” as the SEO title for that post. Not only should you use this phrase in your title, but you should also include it in your content at least once or twice. However, mentioning it too often causes Google to flag your content as keyword stuffing.
