In the world of SEO, keywords are everything. Here are the 10 different keywords for digital marketing that will determine your ranking in search engines and the type of traffic to your website. So what  marketing keywords should you use? There are many  digital marketing keywords, but it’s time to dig deeper into each one. Start with the simplest and work your way up to the more complex ones. Understanding all the different types of keywords is critical in digital marketing. 

 If you want your site to be more searchable, you need to start thinking like keywords. This may seem daunting at first, but it’s really just a matter of common sense. What do people type into search engines? 

When it comes to search engine optimization (SEO),  keywords  are the first and last step in the marketing process, and if done right you can be inundated with people searching for exactly what you offer.  Non-branded keywords 

Non-branded keywords are  words or phrases that do not include your company or product name. In the previous example, the non-branded keyword would be “best fruit shaped lip gloss”. These are very useful because they help people discover new brands and products they didn’t know about before. 

Seasonal keywords 

These are the words that people  search for only during certain holidays or events (e.g. someone looking for a certain type of gift for Christmas). Seasonal keywords can be tricky because they are only useful for a short period of time.

Misspelled  Keyword  

These words have misspellings that you type as you type. For example, “Lip Gluss” instead of “Lip Gloss”. As with other of his SEO strategies, you also need to  choose misspelled keywords for your content to rank well.

These are words or phrases that match exactly what the  user is searching for. For example, if your exact match keyword is ‘pizza delivery hyderabad’, it will only rank if a user searches for those three words. However, if you search for “delivery pizza hyderabad”, the ranking will not be displayed. Broad match keyword 

These are similar to exact match keywords, but cover a wider range. Broad match keywords rank content when the word or synonym is present within the phrase. So if your broad match keyword is “sports gear,” your content will rank for searches like “football helmet” and “tennis racket.” 

 Changed broad match keyword

Include these types of keywords on every page of your website. Using the previous example, you could create a blog post titled “3 ways to make money from home” and use “Make money from home” as the SEO title for that post. Not only should you use this phrase in your title, but you should also include it in your content at least once or twice. However, mentioning it too often causes Google to flag your content as keyword stuffing.
